QP_v6.4_port_to_TMS320F28x

This repository provides a ported CCS project for QP/C v6.4 on TMS320F28x. Essentially it can be adapted for other TI C2000 based platforms with some changes. A "How To" documentation about updating the legacy port QDK_C2000 is also provided.
