Update optical-flow-labeling with celery changes

Torbitzky-Lane, Rowan (UMSL-Student) requested to merge main into optical-flow-labeling

Kevin did some work with celery to the backend. We devised a structure for how the system will work. We will use Celery and bridgenet on the foundry from now on.
